Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

Supervising and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Communicating to all departments for audit matters effectively, both orally and in writing.
Examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Designing of auditing concepts and principles.
Developing and implementing audit plans and schedules.
Handling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Male between 28-45 years old
Bachelor Degree in Financial/Accounting or other related fields
Previous experience 5 years in auditing firm is preferable
Knowledge of auditing concepts and principles
knowledge of current governance Auditing laws as per Lao government Tax department regulations
Employee performance management skills
Knowledge of Financial and Compliance auditing policies, standards, and procedures
Excellent MS office skills
