Role & Responsibilities :

Analyze system requirements and design system solutions.
Create system documentation (e.g., system specifications, design documents).
Design, test, and implement new IT systems and enhancements.
Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure system functionality.
Conduct system testing and debugging.
Provide technical support to end-users.
Maintain and upgrade existing systems.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry’s best practices.
Create technical documentation and user manuals.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in system analysis and design.
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and architecture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with various software development methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL, databases, and system design.
Excellent troubleshooting and technical writing skills.
