Role & Responsibilities :

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in business process modeling tools.
Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
