Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to closure.
Plan, execute and oversee IT teams such as System developer, Front-end, Back-end, Full Stack, Mobile Apps Developer, UX/UI designer
Track project performance and schedule adherence.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Lead and motivate project teams.
Conducting risk assessments for projects
Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Monitoring and Evaluation team performance

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project management.
Proven experience in project management with tools like MS Project, Notion, ClickUp, Jira or Trello…
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Certifications and experience like PMP, waterfall or Agile preferred.
