We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifies and develops prospects with the aim of increasing RMA Group awareness, maximizing growth and profitability together with finance, warranty and other ancillary products.

 Annual Budget:

• Work with Head of Bus in the preparation of Annual Budget by conducting workshops (Sales, COG, OPEX, CAPEX and Headcount);
• Input/Upload budget to TM1/NAV(EFG) and download budget packages;
• Assist Head of BUs, P&C Manager and CFO in preparing the Budget Presentation for the Market Forum (prepare financial part of the presentation);

Forecast:

• Prepare monthly chances and risks (C&R) file and work with Head of Bus;
• Review C&R with P&C Manager, CFO & Head of Bus;
• Key-in final C&R to Excom file and inform P&C Manager for submission to BKK;

Month-End Closed:

• Prepare local financial files before month-end review;
• Update the TB and GL in the local financial files before ME review;
• Download PLs and BS from Jet Hub and check for possible errors in report before review;
• Send draft reports to Head of BU and CM before review;
• Review the draft P&L and BS with Accounting team, Head of BUs, P&C Manager, CFO and CM to check correctness and completeness;
• Follow-up comments from the review to ensure financial information is updated/fixed before closing & Upload of CSV file to TM1;

Reporting & Analysis:

• Download financial reports from JET Hub and send to BU Heads and OPS Heads;
• Download Excom file from TM1;
• Prepare comments on the entity's financial performance (P&L) and details of significant accounts (Balance Sheet) in the Excom file;
• Prepare financial part in the Excom presentation and send to/inform P&C Manager;
• Prepare financial part in the Excom presentation and send to Head of BUs and CFO for consolidation or further comments & Sent P&L to franchisors;

Others:

• Prepare and present financials during quarterly review with Minor Group;
• Prepare Business Case to support CAPEX proposals;
• Request system codes for new products (RMA)/new stores (EFG);
• Provide financial data or other support required by BUs if needed (e.g. financial data required for business license, etc.) 

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experiences in Accounting, Finance, Statistic, Economics & Business Administration or another related fields;
• CPA is an advantage;
• Good in English and Communication (Writing and Speaking);
• Excellent in MS Excel;
• Good in Analytical Skills;
• Good in Presentation Skills;
• Occasional travel required to visit Branches to assist with periodic counting of stock and Fixed Assets;
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, "can-do" attitude and Team Player;
• Outgoing, active, easy-going, and customer-minded character
