Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence and enhance our brand.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and Explore Opportunities: Prospect new clients and markets to identify potential business opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute business development strategies to drive company revenue and market expansion.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Presentation: Present products and services to potential clients and stakeholders through proposals, meetings, and presentations.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Oversee contract execution and management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure business development strategies are aligned with company objectives.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on the performance of business development initiatives, setting clear goals, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build connections and represent the company.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (minimum [X] years).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel (if required).


Preferred Qualifications:
