**ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Working closely with related parties to be responsible for accounting and direct reporting to the CEO & Chairman.

• Management and control of accounting, budgeting, and Tax & external team.

• Assign projects to the staff members to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Direct short-term and long-term action plans for the entire accounting department.

• Enforce the correct accounting policies, methods, and principles.

• Complete annual audits to ensure accuracy.

• Coordinate with the Financial department for objectives achievement through collaboration and delegation.

• Provides inputs for budget planning and goal setting, and monitors fiscal performance to plan.

• Streamline systems and processes and initiate corrective actions when necessary.

• Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions.

• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods policies and principles.

• Aligning with management and business direction to develop accounting organizational strategies by contributing accounting information, analysis, and recommendations for strategic thinking and direction, and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.

• Managing the overall accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Keep knowledge up-to-date by attending workshops, conferences and other learning opportunities.

**QUALIFICATION:**

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

• More than 7 years of experience in corporate Investment, finance function or banking in reputable companies, Big 4 would be an advantage.

• Demonstrated competence in accounting reporting and internal controls, development of accounting, budget and tax planning models, and benchmarking tools.

• Proficiency with reporting tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to an effectively supervising-performance performance culture

• Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data for a variety of audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills with a proven track record of building effective relationships across functional areas and with external and community partners.

• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentially
