Our aim to strengthen our team's individual capacities through skills, empowering policies and culture which lead to improved professionalism, self-motivation and individual growth. We offer domestic and international training programs which are certified and range from customer service training, product knowledge to IT, law enforcement, leadership and management. These courses are increasingly online to better serve our trainees and teams. Additionally, Forte was appointed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia to conduct the Insurance Vocational Examination. These exams are organized in partnership with the Malaysian Insurance Institute and accredited by the UK Chartered Insurance Institute.
